Fee Collection

The “Fee Collection” feature suits any kind of fee structure designed by the school management. Since this module is flexible and customizable, collecting fees and generating reports becomes very easy. Both “Fee Receipt” and “Bank Challan” systems are supported. Options such as “Fee Reminder” and “Defaulter’s List Generation” enable the management to handle the fee collection operations flawlessly.

Attendance of students and staff can be recorded easily and the task becomes so effortless. The staff attendance is integrated with payroll.

Payroll

Pay bill can be generated instantly. Also, salary slip, salary certificates, salary ledger and all statutory reports can be generated.

Library

Library module supports dynamic member type creation and management.

Inventory

The stock management is efficient and enables accuracy in accountability.

Schedulers & Reminders

Alerts can be scheduled to remind the user to take a specific course of action at any desired point of time – for example, tax payment reminder, birthday wishes reminder and so on.
