How it Works?
In Eazi-VoiceCall, once the mobile numbers that are to receive the voice SMS are enlisted, the pre-recorded voice call is delivered to all those mobile numbers. This is simple and easy-to-use web-based software to send bulk voice calls. The voice messages can be broadcasted as soon as they are uploaded or else they can also be scheduled to be sent sometime later. Once the voice call is received by the recipient, the software automatically updates reports instantly on acknowledging the delivery of the voice call. The voice sms messages can be sent to any iphone or cell phone of any mobile phone network in India like Airtel, Bsnl, Vodafone, Tata, Reliance, Idea etc.
Promotional Voice Call
DNC list for each campaign: The entire DNC (Do Not Call) mobile numbers database will be filtered for each campaign
Outdial and Retry mechanism: The system can make multiple outbound calls at a time. For voice calls that do not get completed as the user’s phone is busy, not-reachable etc, retry mechanism is available
Get user response through Touch-tones: We provide you a facility to integrate a user response via pressing various keys on mobile phone/telephone Example: Press 1 to book your event tickets / Press 2 to get a call back / Press 3 if you are not interested
Call forwarding option: We provide you a facility to play an automated call (IVR) for an incoming call and on choosing a right option (Press 5 to talk to our Executive) and automatic call forwarding can be enabled
Integrate with third party: Integration with third-party systems like Websites, applications, ERP or CRM systems can be done on real-time using standard method like HTTP for outbound as well as inbound voice calls
Scheduling Bulk Voice campaigns: You can schedule your voice campaign on a predefined date and time. The calls will be dialed out only at that time. Multiple calls can be scheduled with overlapping time/date ranges. These are handled independently of each other
Voice call charging only on successful calls connected: We will charge only those calls which are successfully connected to the end users. Complete report for the successful calls will be shared
